1. 14-Day Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your order to notify us if you wish to return an eligible item.

Once you notify us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.

2. Return Conditions

Items may be inspected as you would in a physical shop. Please return products with their original packaging and accessories where possible. Excessive handling that reduces an item's value may result in a deduction from your refund.

3. Return Shipping & Labels

Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping labels and paying return postage for change-of-mind returns.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us. Where required by UK consumer law, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs and provide the appropriate remedy.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving proof that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

Any standard delivery charges originally paid will also be refunded where legally required.

6. Exceptions

Certain items, including personalised products, perishable goods and some unsealed hygiene products, may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
